• The machines consist of and output conveyor with pucks.
• The bottles are to be placed into the pucks.
• There will be 3 filling head and one vacuum correction head.
• An intermittent rotating turret picks up the pucks and bring it below the filling head.
• There are three filling head. The bottles will be filled three times at the respective stoppages of turret. There will be a vacuum correction head which corrects the set filling level.
• The pumps will be placed manually into the bottles.
• A crimping head will carry out the final crimping.
• After crimping, cap will be coming from cap vibrator, capping the bottle.
• After capping the bottles, pucks will be diverted again to the conveyor.
